This morning, I woke up to the news about Anthony Bourdain, and it broke my heart. I've spent these past few years trying to claw my way back from my rock bottom, and some days have been better than others. I'm grateful for every day I get, every new chance I have, but sometimes, it's hard to keep going, and it's always hard to ask for help. Please, let your loved ones know they are loved, check on the people you care about. Your strong friend might not be as strong as they pretend to be.
